DRTV, and plan website development that earned national recognition. That consumer
marketing foundation informed everything that followed.
At Aetna/CVS Health, one of the five Fortune 5 companies and a top national Medicare
Advantage carrier, he held the head of external distribution role — with full
accountability for revenue, membership volume, and channel performance across
brokerage, telebroker, and Employer Group Exchange simultaneously.
Two distinct disciplines. One career that spans both. That is what makes the

At Aetna/CVS Health, he held accountability for all external distribution across Medicare products — DTC, broker, telebroker, and Employer Group Exchange simultaneously. He led National D-SNP and C-SNP Sales Strategy, taking Aetna from #6 to #4 nationally per CMS enrollment data. His channels acquired and served members at a scale that moved national rankings.
His provider-side experience at Diabetes America — bridging carrier and provider data into risk-based contracts for metabolic disease management — gives him a perspective on SNP distribution few distribution strategists can match. His digital platform experience spans 18 years — carrier enrollment websites, CRM platforms, and Medicare distribution technology — and he earned national recognition for Medicare plan website development and delivery. Earlier in his career he was recognized as one of the nation’s leading Medicare marketers for his expertise in cost-per-lead optimization and direct response television (DRTV), driving measurable member acquisition at scale.
