His provider-side experience at Diabetes America — bridging carrier and provider data into risk-based contracts for metabolic disease management — gives him a perspective on SNP distribution few distribution strategists can match. His digital platform experience spans 18 years — carrier enrollment websites, CRM platforms, and Medicare distribution technology — and he earned national recognition for Medicare plan website development and delivery. Earlier in his career he was recognized as one of the nation’s leading Medicare marketers for his expertise in cost-per-lead optimization and direct response television (DRTV), driving measurable member acquisition at scale.
